Stress-Free Airport Pick-Up Service: What You Need to Know

Traveling can be exhausting, and the last thing you want is a hassle when it comes to getting picked up from the airport. That’s where our airport pick-up service comes in — reliable, punctual, and perfectly timed to suit your needs.

Whether you’re arriving from a domestic or international flight, here’s everything you need to know to make the most of your experience with us.

Domestic Flight Pick-Up: Efficient Timing for Smooth Travel

For domestic arrivals, we recommend organizing your pick-up 15 minutes after your landing time if you have checked-in luggage. On average, it takes about 20 minutes for checked bags to be delivered at baggage claim. However, if you’re traveling light with only carry-on luggage, you can request ASAP pick-up.

International Flight Pick-Up: Plan for Immigration and Customs

Clearing immigration, collecting luggage, and passing through customs can take longer for international flights. Here’s what we suggest:

• Business Class passengers: Set your pick-up time 30 minutes after landing.

• Economy Class passengers: It’s safer to schedule your pick-up around 45 minutes after arrival.

• For relaxed travelers: If you prefer to take your time, choose 60 minutes post-landing.

These timings allow for any potential delays without causing stress or unnecessary waiting.

Free Waiting Time and Extra Charges

We understand that flights can be unpredictable. That’s why we offer 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time, starting from the pick-up time you select. If additional waiting is required beyond this period, extra charges will apply to cover the driver’s time.

What Happens if Contact Cannot Be Made with the Passenger?

To ensure smooth coordination:

1. When your flight lands, the driver will send you a confirmation SMS.

2. If there is no response, the driver may also try calling you.

3. If contact is still not established within 60 minutes of landing, the booking will be considered a No Show and a full charge of up to $120 may apply.

We recommend keeping your phone on and accessible upon landing to avoid delays and miscommunication.

Why Choose Our Airport Pick-Up Service?

• Professional chauffeurs with real-time flight tracking ensure prompt arrivals.

• Flexible timing options tailored for both business and leisure travelers.

• Clear communication with no hidden surprises.

Next time you travel, trust us to provide a seamless airport pick-up experience. Simply select your preferred pick-up time, sit back, and enjoy a smooth ride to your destination.
